We had the seller cover all closing costs, pushed out closing 60 days, and were able to use that to cover all closing costs and do a rate buy down for a year.

The kicker is my interest rate is 3% on both. 

I can only get funds from my Heloc with 9.72% rate.

With less competition, if you have good theming and design then it'll be easier to charge a higher nightly rate and keep your property full which will make it more profitable.

If you are in a heavy sun, high cost of electricity and high rate of usage market, and you buy the panels, and you can resell to the provider rather than maintain your own batteries, you probably will make money especially if you hold long enough.

I have Navy Federal Credit Union and you would think they have better rates, but not exactly. 

I’m new to flips and I can’t find a lot of information on them. 5% rate seems too good to be true.

Was there a noticeable difference in your occupancy and guest ratings that you attribute to the professional design?

If there is something that needs a licensed tradesman, he has plenty of connections and it leads to reduced rates.  

3) If I can find a private money lender to do a 2nd mortgage, they will need a high interest rate.
