I believe all I would need to do is select the RA service, and when I register the LLC with the SOS, use the RA's information.

In this neighborhood(actually every one) it depends on tenant selection. 

I did extensive online research into the neighborhoods, reached out to property managers for opinions, and used google maps. 

@Demetrius Potts especially if you have limited funds it's important to buy a property that meets minimum quality levels and does not require extensive capex.

Once you have a property manager selected that you are comfortable with, negotiate with them to get them in place with the tenants already in place.
