We are looking for builder/General contractor to build townhomes and Multifamily projects in around Dallas metroplex.

Can you 1099 someone who doesn't have their contractor or business license?

So far they include 2 Investors, 2 realtors, 1 contractor.

Even so, the underwriter had to come back 5 days before closing and request that a certified contractor go back out and look at it, this cost me $175.
