What is the best way or platform to find real estate teams?

We are currently in the process of Renovating this home built in 1965 and plan to have completely transformed it by spring 2025.

I want to respond with something like…This is becoming a recurring problem and it seems to me like you all are not able to afford my rental.

if your paying cash.. you probably make 10k a month net by the time you get to 20 homes.. if your using max leverage your probably at around 4k net.

If Oklahoma has a law called "Predatory Real Estate Wholesaler Prohibition Act", don't you think that might just be a state to avoid for a new wholesaler who doesn't know much of what they are doing yet?

If you want directions, you need to tell us where you are, where you want to go, and what your mode of transportation will be.

I have used “one client” listing agreements in the past....it identifies one buyer.
