Yeah, I've got my paper.So, I got my data all set by the beginning of this week, and I've been spending the rest of the week getting my first 80 yellow letters formatted, printed, stuffed, stamped and posted yesterday (those out-of-staters I was talking about) and my first 360 mass-mailed postcards printed and aimed at my first target neighborhood today.

Since my cc debt is really not that much I can knock this out hopefully by the end of the year, for now I will do some no cost marketing well not really no cost but low cost driving for dollars in my target areas and write a few letters per week to my absentee owners list until I free up the money I am using to payoff my cc debt, we will see how this works out !!!!

To me, I would want a hell of a lot more than a target 15% return to trade futures... but that's just me.
