Every single one of them is rented and he rarely has to pick one up because people tend to keep them forever.I just asked him last week if he's growing and he told me the cost of the containers has more than doubled so he's just hanging tight until the market settles down again.It's good money, but it still costs a pretty penny to get started with containers, moving truck, insurance, etc.

A few resources: 1) Trulia.com Put in an address and get an overview of the neighborhood crime rate, avoid high crime areas. 2) Rentometer.com Put in an address, bed bath count and it gives you projected rates.
