@Bradley De comarmondI think one of the issues with finding investors (as an investor myself) is you need to have some sort of track record (reviews really help with confidence) and the numbers must work.

The area you saw on your way down from the airport is Alto de las Palmas and Llanogrande, that's where the most amazing houses (mansions) are being built.

I don't know how much rain you guys get but the owner had a large de-humidifier he had been using for over a decade and claimed was sufficient except when they had a lot of rain.

These are NNN Tene RA in common syndications  or Delaware statutory trusts- completely passive but 1031 compliant.
