I'm heavily developing the network direct to business owners for the two buildings, they are similar size/type so that allows me to target easier.

Some of these techniques are questionable in court (not to say they're not great ideas).  

I wouldn't worry about it too much, it conveys respect, or is meant to.Work with an attorney to develop a general contract with boilerplate language. 

Also, has anyone used any of these other techniques mentioned above personally and if so any feedback would be awesome!
