Hey @Aaryan Patel there is a book I highly recommend is the encyclopedia of commercial Real Estate by Terry Painter, that is a great book because it covers all aspects, great theory and you have there for any further doubt that you may have. 

Well I started in 1982 and I'm still looking for that financial independence thing.....Working at this business (One of the toughest there is) for 20 hrs a week is not even close to sufficient, if you even make it to 20 hrs after turning in 40 hrs on your day job.....And then you would really have to define 'financial independence' for us and yourself.
