To me, that looks like a post to get business, but since you are new, I assume you don't really know the restrictions.To be successful on BP as an agent and advisor, you can't sell yourself and you have to have the background to help investors.

Something to the effect that they will look at pics and video of the space and give you ideas on how to make the space unique with good style to help your place stand apart from the competition and you can purchase the material from the company as well (think wall accents, cabinetry, etc)I think the pod dropped in the last couple weeks.

The real question is if you want to deal with the hassle.

Based on your post and your questions, it sounds like you are at the very beginning of your journey so you have to ask yourself, why do you want invest in real estate?
