I believe you need a base to be in the proper mental, physical, and financial state of being.1. learn to clean. get good at it. get into a routine. learn the different products and brands, and which works best for each.

Man has daughter, Daughter 1. 

I actually did wholesaling my first year and half and took a break when my last daughter was born.

The one I was looking at, the hospital nearby was looking at it for a standalone mental health facility so maybe talk to facility managers at local hospitals and see if they have space needs for anything.Other good ideas I turned up were immediate care, dentists, veterinarians and alternative medicine practices.

The daughters currently own the property and from the sounds of it, it is paid off, they're just looking to cash in.

Plus we're going to encourage paying on line.I have observed from my starving-college-student daughter that the due date is considered the "MSRP", and the late date is when she has to pay.  

My daughter was able to learn about fixing various things in the house and it was a perfect opportunity to teach her about assets vs. liabilities.

My wife and I had a daughter about 20 years ago and she is finishing her 3rd year at the University of Arkansas.  

She has a husband and 6 year old daughter.

I guess the idea there as much as anything is to determine if people are willing to go through that, and if they are they probably have little/nothing to hide, or are mentally in the right place.
