Find time daily to acquire real estate knowledge as you are starting out. 

I think it would be a major issue if you worked on a daily basis and had to compete for parking in the late afternoon or evening.

Many felt these employees were not nearly as productive as those interacting with people on a daily basis and were mostly disconnected from the Organization and just sucking up a paycheck for minimal overall productivity.In fact the trend hasn't really played out.

I still get complaints daily from tenants that they can hear the tenants above them talking, walking, music, tv, ect.

I feel like a kid in a candy store daily.
