They send percentages of each system, and pictures of each item given credit for, and also general pictures of the site and progress.

But, you have to have location, condition of the unit and price dialed in as well (pictures too, but that should be a given these days).

Unfortunately, Appfolio's customer support and training has been less than Satisfactory.

More or less, as I’m analyzing homes I find on the MLS for practice purposes, I look at pictures of these beat up old houses and never having done a rehab before- I have no idea whether one house will require 10k, 20k or even 50k.

You need a reliable person to take pictures of the inside of the properties, so that you can accurately calculate the rehab costs.

Now from here, since you now see the big picture and understand how to get it done, more deals will come.
