We have an automated system using some coding applications (self made) to generate leads from various sites, coupled with help from some VA's.Once the data / lead list is created on a spreadsheet/google sheets, we pull into Freshsales as our CRM.

I understand the principal of having a lot of properties to create wealth, but if I can make $1700 a month with two properties, then refinancing to buy 2-3 more properties with minimal downpayment does not make sense to me...... there will be minimal cash flow from every property, and I'd likely be making the same $1700.....What are some of your experiences.

Hi Johnny,If you want to know about the foreclosure process and you don't have an attorney to help you, go to the statues that the legislator has created, it's free, read the process, its simply the matter or sending the right letters with the right information.

It was recently passed with the new tax legislation.I've been trying to research this on my own, but haven't found a ton of info or any definitive experts who know a lot about this topic so wanted to see if anyone here is familiar with this or are thinking about creating a "opportunity zone fund" to take advantage of this program?
