It’s like I’m getting paid to learn, grow my current business, network, and take action towards real estate investing.

I tried flips and it's more time consuming than a buy and hold situation, particularly if you want to make money in the long run.

You have clearly highlighted that you are aware of the risks that you are taking and this is more than half the battle, the easier part is to define the actions required to mitigate or manage the risks.

Hello BP Members, Lately I have been thinking that the whole residential real estate game is too time consuming and is super tiring. 

I am really just trying to get my feet wet and dive in to actual actions so i can learn more !

It is highly unlikely that a collector on a consumer mortgage has negotiation authority. 

I need assistance figuring out the best course of action and structuring the deal properly, along with recommendations for closing attorneys, etc.
