My Canadian friends hold their NY properties under LLC’s, there should be no double taxation since the LLC does not pay income tax because it’s just a flow-through entity.I would stay away from long distance investing (Florida).

I know there are some who do long-distance TK and BRRR due to being priced out of their local markets, but I'm pretty sure the majority of RE investors can see the advantage of investing locally.I agree with Mr.
