there is definitely a difference in shopping for a SFR to live in and a multi family.as stated 4 plexs are pretty universal the world over.. or at least the in US.. 2 bd 1 ba maybe a little mixture.. so there is really not a lot to see... like a SFR home were your looking for floor plans and color scheme's etc.and the main issue is the owners don't want their tenant disturbed.. think about having to disturb and set up 4 appointments with tenants to show to one buyer.

The point of the RRP is to not leave any hazardous lead paint in the house, even dust, so as long as you know how to remove them safely (equipped with overalls, masks, and all that good stuff) you are good.

Most people send the wrong message in the wrong format to the wrong people so its easy for my message to stand out while the rest burn their money worrying about the color of their paper or the type of stamp.

Heck, you might not be able to change the color of the front door.That said, you can (again, it varies) sometimes get tax credits for those renovations.
