I feel like this is a trick question.......Aaaaahhhh.....

I’m contacted multiple times a week by individuals who buy lousy real estate in Philly and I hear “ but the agent told me” or “the wholesaler promised me” it was a legal use…the rents would increase…..I could rent this section 8 and achieve xyz rent etc. etc.  

I'd highly encourage you to reach out to folks providing value to other people in the forums and see if they're accepting clients at this time.

I think this mindset stemmed from my family struggling after the 2008 crash. - 2022-2023 I let my spending get out of my natural comfort zone. - 2024, I’ve been retraining myself to focus on saving & budgeting.Any helpful tips to help balance this?
