Pay attention to the little things: faucets, cabinets, cabinet hardware, ALL floors (not just the carpeted areas) light switch covers, outlet covers, sinks, baseboards, counter tops, light fixtures, these small things can add up quickly in material and/or labor costs.

According to the sellers, the tenants auto insurance is paying for the damage to the exterior but they are waiting to find out if the tenants renters insurance will pay for other damage to the interior (mold, broken cabinets, trashed carpet, etc).
