Cabinets, floor covering etc.

I purchased an off-the-shelf kitchen (cabinets and countertop) at Lowes which will go in soon.

All of the credit goes to my girlfriend for buying the house, picking out the colors, cabinets, flooring and everything else.

.• Manufacturing company• $2.5M Gross• Cabinet Manufacturing• 10 years owner/operator, built multiple businesses and advised on multiple Exits• In business just under 30 years• RE is $1.08M• 18k/sf building• Building is 100% rented and upon acquisition, installing 10yr.

New vinyl "wood" plank flooring throughout, new cabinets, countertops, dishwasher, sinks and faucets, lighting fixtures, paint, window treatments, door seals... literally everything but the bathtub and stove was replaced, and it looks beautiful.  

We need to mud & tape the whole house, paint, replace 7 windows ( glass block ), finish two whole bathrooms, install kitchen cabinets, install flooring throughout the whole house and probably build a staircase that we already paid the contractor for.Lots of lessons learned on this property on what not to do.
