I know that condo owners have tried to circumvent it by going with Airbnb and others but the resort simply won't give them a key to use all the stuff.The bonus to the oceanfront is that from November 1st to February 28th you and your family/friends get to use it at your leisure.

Another bonus for MN I was reflecting on recent, no natural disasters, like hurricanes, tornadoes, earth quakes, floods, etc, & Hennepin County has had extremely stable prices for a regionally expensive market as compared to the costal markets, Denver, etc.
