The space is big enough for a bed, has a window, etc. 

We tried to talk multiple times and calmed things down eventually.

Also, what other platforms are people using for rental price comparisons and have you found them useful/accurate to help you rent your home in a reasonable amount of time?

Because it’s to difficult and time consuming to obtain, and when you do it’s just as likely to be false, or incomplete.

I have enough in savings to pay for it but I keep asking myself should i just sell it and get it off my plate and lose the low interest rate or bite the bullet and do a big rehab and continue renting it out.

There is a big plus that everything is in USD and taxes are low.What do you think?
