Is anyone else using a software package that does e-lease signing, rent collections, resident portal for maintenace requests, etc, so there's even less face to face.

is there any great reputable website, software or app I can use to find these numbers? 

Long story short, he gave me the opportunity to investigate and audit the property manager.

There may be a few softwares and behind the scenes tools you might need to become familiar with first, but after that, totally doable :)

It all boils down to your intent, what you can prove if you are audited, and what/why your intent changed.

You might also get access to the forms software, which you can set up templates and generate offers faster.On the downside you will be held to a higher standard.....your broker may want to review your contracts.
