My attachment to real estate is partly business (that part is growing) and partly so I get to own lots of houses I like even if I can't live in them all :-)  I'm interested in the house-sharing concept, though.

You won't find any multi deals but there are plenty of attached and SFH deals that will get you 8-11% returns in the area.  

Dundalk does have a stigma attached to it, but Eastwood is such a great location, and for the most part houses are well cared for. 

I have attached your letter to vacate the premises as proof that the property was left before the lease was officially over. 

Quick correction: There was another attachment of a One Time Showing Agreement.

I also use a single credit card attached to that quick books to make it completely easy for my accountant at the end of the year.

Attaching RMLO's to RE Agents and Brokers is not a good practice.  

I would also like to be able to attach a price and SKU to each item used so I could get a total price at the end.

The real question is are you emotionally attached to buying this property or are there better suited investments in the area??
