There are far too many people that watch a few YouTube videos from 2014 or attend a seminar from some guru and think they can low-ball everything just because the bathtub need new caulk.

This is a complicated deal scenario AND you can accidentally mislead a tenant buyer or hurt them.Go to youtube and search on;  sandwitch lease option, lease option etc.   

What books would you recommend on reading, videos to watch on YouTube, etc.

I’m a huge fan of the podcast/YouTube channel and am already a couple of BP books in—it seemed like the time to join!

Looking at your past posts, the fact that you’re on BP, AND that you have a YouTube channel (i subscribed), tells me you’re doing all the right things.

I have zero mechanical ability but when I bought my first rental I didn’t care if I had to watch YouTube videos and rehab the property myself, I just knew I needed in the game and would somehow figure it out.

I have been watching a lot of youtube videos to expand my knowledge and ideas.

I was watching a Grant Cardone idea on YouTube and he said not to pay off your mortgage on your rentals.

After listening to countless hours of the podcasts and YouTube videos, I decided to jump in myself.
