Lease agreements (what websites do y’all use for state specific forms)?

They interact with contractors on a very frequent basis and my experience has always been positive when getting contractor referrals from local decorators.

Hi @Deven Wolfe In regards to house hacking if you are using a low down payment, it's not really realistic to expect to be cash flow positive.

@Phillip Williams Oahu may be difficult to find positive cashflow, but there are a few options. 

What websites have good prices, make quality flyers that sort of thing.

Are you cashflow positive?

I would consider doing something positive in the building.

That should bring you to the website where you can search Case Dockets by the foreclosed owner's name.  

Then that next deal will come even easier.But here's the thing my green grasshopper..You will most likely not get anywhere if you ask other people "how do you get sellers", because honestly, unless someone says "get a website" you are fighting a losing battle.
