If I were to map our all of the interconnections between customers and referrals in my service business over the past 10 years, it would look like one of those chaotic tactical FBI crime web boards from the movies where the lines crisscross too much to even track. 

So I’ve suddenly noticed that there are posts being made in existing threads that are clearly engineered to bypass spam filters by breaking web addresses up into separate words, using words instead of punctuation, and using parentheses to break up sentences the web address is in to further confuse filters.

Only to learn after a quick web search, it appears to be yet another scam. 

It is like buying prescription pain pills on the dark web.

Many tenants will provide a "certificate" purchased from a web site but I reject those immediately because a web site is incapable of determining a disability or that a service animal is capable of performing a necessary service.There's far more to it, which is why I recommend you take the easy route and sign up with petscreening.com and let them do the work for you.

Not sure what you are referring to in attracting owner financing but there are some articles you can find here and on the web about approaching an owner about their willingness to owner finance.

It will search for foreclosures with the specifics you want, but I use auction.com and one other website to find foreclosures and I use propertyradar.com to get the current owner's name, their loan balance and the best comp to know the ARV.Per their web-site - Property radar has email/phone number data too Jack?

I don't want to get TLO, is there any other web site that will give me the address of the person.

I'll create a web site for the home and update it from the very beginning showing architecture renderings, plans, and the construction process.  

There are so many web sites now that do help and you have to be savvy enough to work them and be proactive with the reviews.
