Also ,if we want to objectively looking at how good this particular rental sector is , just look at stock performance for SFR REIT such as INVH and AMH (they have the largest market cap rate), their stock has returned to pre-covid level ( haven't checked their distribution though).

I put half my money in the stock market and I really believe that real estate is the way for me to go with the other half, just need to find my path I guess.
