Buying rentals because the low prices and high rents make it a great place to own rentals right now.If you have more time that money being a bird dog - feeding leads to a more experienced investor or wholesaling is probably the best way to get started.

This is because they claim its lower maintenance and they have a dog -- so more pet friendly.I have no idea.

I do want to be trained well, and I can sniff out bad habits (most times) like a hound dog and find the good habits (again, great point Joffrey) - there's an instinct involved and can tell which people want excellence in their lives.

He really networks with his buyers to find out what exactly they are looking for, and goes after those types of properties.I know most wholesalers and Bird Dogs only look at the smaller picture which is "how much money can I make off this deal".One well known wholesaler that I follow is Steph Davis from Tampa Florida, and one thing that I learned from her, and a few others, is you will get rich on skinny deals when you are not real greedy.

Tenants certainly don't see how their pets are limiting their housing options, especially with pit bulls.

Of course there are other sources such as builders, rehabbers, turnkey providers, wholesalers, and bird-dogs.
