I want to refinance into conventional loan to get rid of PMI but my loan officer told me their max loan to value is 75%.

I feel that there is a HUGE difference between a "Loan Officer" and an "Application Taker"!

If they do know about the product there is always something to correct in what they have been told by other loan officers.  

They do debt and equity placement and often have offices outside of the major cities.
