Do the taxes and insurance on this property count against my DTI (No escrow account required) 2.

My understanding is that there is no federal housing law in place that speaks to this, unless I get an FHA loan potentially.

As I have been listening to a lot of real estate YouTube videos I realized that my moving into the unit is a major contribution to this deal and instead of us paying 20% we got 5% yet we are contributing the same amount of money.

I have subscribed to propstream and have a way to create a funnel but I would love to hear feedback on how to use this tool or any other tool to effectively get houses under contract and to use my time efficiently.

They way full doc programs work is they use this worksheet: https://content.enactmi.com/documents/calculators/Form1038.C...This approach will allow you to add back the paper loss of depreciation, and add back mortgage interest, property taxes, insurance and any HOA dues.

They've mandated its demolition but have allowed me to build an even larger addition (500 sq ft).The city is requesting building plans for this new addition.
