Hi everyone, A few questions, but first an introduction.

Sorry if this has no paragraphs, I am on my IPhone and it seems to always lump together.

That townhome/condo being in an HOA I didn't think there was much difference to what I understood to be an HOA (didn't know there was any difference until James Hamling mentioned it), though the town home and the condo (earlier in my paragraph) operate the same, with an HOA board and a PM to help manage and everything is voted on via HOA or board meetings where there's an agenda.

Responding to your last paragraph about single family versus multifamily, the issue isn't the type of property.

LOL you summed that up in one paragraph took me 5 .. although in CA OR WA preforeclosure laws are very strict what you can and cant do I believe out east its still wide open.. but your right  letters waste of energy time money etc..
