The developers of course point to the benefit of their project helping an area.So if you are an investor looking at an OZ zone it could stand to reason the project might be more desirable and considered possibly safer if it's in a nicer area within a designated OZ zone.    

You want to do whatever you can to make your mail piece stand out because other investors are going to be mailing your sellers, too, because the seller is most likely on their mailing lists.

I'm guessing lots of landlords would be happy to upload these, and once a bunch are uploaded, the computer generated ones with copy-pasted identical signatures would start to stand out.

On top of that there the old growth while still standing your not allowed to cut .. so everything that gets cut today is 2nd 3rd or 4th growth and logs instead of cut at 48 inchs at the butt are cut at 12 to 18.. so they are just not as mature and the quality is just not the same.. 

They stand by their product and they offer good customer service.Now to Than Merrill and Fortune Builders  . . do they offer a good product - well as of today i could not tell you, at one time , Than spoke at local REIA's and sold a great home study and offered a great bootcamp. 

You will stand out from the people just sending mailers.  

Sometimes they are steel stands or nice solid blocks; sometimes they are chunks of plain pine 2x4s that are busy turning into dust.- Tie-downs or straps that hold the trailer to the slab. 

So you could invest that in Fundrise and would probalby stand a 90% chance of not losing money, or not losing much.
