If you are targeting retail buyers hire a staging company if you can.

So we ended up buying a few of the family’s properties and hired C to continue to manage them all.C was a teacher who wanted to do real estate full time, since we could not replace his teaching salary with PM fees at this point we agreed that we would try to ramp up during the school year so that by the following spring we could afford to replace his salary.

My personally goal is to scale this new company where I can hire 10 people max for admin and take this company public or a multimillionaire dollar if not billion dollar company.

So the cloning comes in with the great tools we have - flight, text, fax, cell phones, computers, hired help, the internet and credit cards.So with the help of all these great devices.......cloning is now possible.I am your clone, at your disposal, how can I serve you?

So the added expense of a high end camera is not real worth it for us.The phone is compact, always fully charged, always with me & it does take excellent hi res pics that I can enlarge on it & has great video.

We also do a little bit of back end work such as data entry, converting JPEG files to word, etc etc.I was on a call with a BiggerPockets member this morning and he mentioned he hired a VA who is pulling list for him from county records that he is planning to mail on.

My property is located in the Bel-air Edison area EAST Bmore, 10minutes from morgan state universityI purchased a property for 29.5, put about 4K into the property.  

Do you research the special proceedings file yourself or hire a paralegal?

I would always prefer to do/hire out the work myself to insure its done well.....sellers can't be trusted!
