Hello all, I am a realtor in the state of Florida and want to expand into GA.

Not sure about Georgia,  but here in California the big boys (B of A, Wells, etc.) are getting real strict on their underwriting for HELOCs.

In addition to Michigan, I am also concentrating my efforts in MI, NJ, MD, VA, GA, FL and the Carolinas so if you have something to add, I would welcome the information.Please feel free to send a colleague request and let's get connected.

My first post...  Any thoughts on the condition of the rental properties' market in Augusta? I find it very appealing from many standpoints, but I am surprised at the average length of time properties stay on the mark...

After the Rochester disaster, I finally saved up enough cash to invest again, and couldn't afford a NJ property right away, so I invested even farther away, Atlanta GA.

I am in the process of opening a real estate company and looking to expand my business to include Georgia. 

I don't know if that is a viable option for you in GA.

I'll be moving back down to Moultrie, GA in several years and am actually looking to get involved in the investment scene as soon as I can.
