Hello BP Community-My wife and I are traveling health care professionals and are very excited about getting involved with real estate investing. 

As for the smoking question, I somehow work into the conversation about the very negative health affects smoking has had on my father.

I was notified today of a family member of mine who is going to be forced to sell due to health & financial issues.

I understand not wanting them smoking inside, but it's not like you're selling them health insurance.

While COVID restrictions were in place, my GC had significant health issue.  

Maybe health conditions is the reason why and she isn't able to return my call and why she is selling the property with little to no equity when she could hold it for for a year or two for a larger equity.

This means health and safety issues.   

This will allow me the freedom to pursue my mission without compromising other essential aspects of my life like my own well-being, providing for and being present in my family, and more..Quick story to explain a point.. bare with me: I was reading a book one day when I was 18 and literally started crying as the author was explained his wish for the future, for healthcare, for medical treatment.. and it was because I finally felt validated that someone else thought like me about health. 

Is the plumbing up to date for today's digital dental office?

Make sure city in which this property is located that you check with the city if they require any permits and if this particular property is current with all health and safety inspections.
