I've seen this over and over again - and the response has always been "are you looking for cheap properties or are you looking for cash flow". 

I think others would find the material to be quite useful - not cheap, as far as I remember, though.

These servicers are typically cheap and you can train them to do a quick upfront vet of deals as well.
