I don't want my future to depend that heavily on me being present at work so I am looking at other income generating options.I have had an interest in real estate for about 10 years, but being a broke college student and having to obsessively focus on my studies was not conducive to getting into real estate.

When your contractor screw’s you and all he has is a truck that’s in his girl friends name and some nails bouncing around in the back you are suing for no reason other than to take out your frustration.I have even won in small claims and still not collected.

You broke into a market that most Realtors/investors don't. 

Texas, Tennessee, Florida, Georgia and others will be a much better bet in the event you have to evict someone, if you want to do an LLC or if you want cash flow.One girl's opinionStephanie
