Get someone you trust who knows contracting to help u hire someone, pay that person if necessary.

you have affordable housing as in cheap rent and then you have affordable housing for first time homebuyers who have done what is necessary to buy something and not be life long renters.the issue is complex when it comes to affordable housing. out in the West coast government red tape has increased the cost of a new home by at least 100k per house. land prices are very high cant buy a building lot for much less than 100 to 150k within in commute or metro area.then U have cost to construct which is at 100 to 300 a foot..

Buy as many as u can as quickly as you can then pay them off, for example: I have been buying houses all cash and repairing with all cash.
