Purchase price: $80,000 Cash invested: $130,000 Sale price: $180,000 217 S Lowell Ave, Bellmawr, NJ 08031 is a single family home built in 1970.

We lived in S Huntsville for about 10 years and really enjoyed all the shops and access to everything was close.

Purple painted rooms 70’s wood paneled walls and dingy outdated shag carpet are just fine to these folks .

Perhaps a nice 1950's built bungalow.Always hire a 3rd party property inspector to give you an unbiased feel for the home.

I use $75k of this to pay off the original loan and am left with $37.5k in my hand and a loan of $112.5k.Now the reason this is so confusing to me is something that they never seem to mention in the podcast(s) and other people glaze over; is this new refinanced loan at that much better of an interest rate to make this a no brainer?

So it’s a game of seeking the 9’s or 10’s tenants versus the mere 7 or 8’s.
