The idea that you can build wealth without putting any money into it is a recipe for disaster and the sales pitch of gurus trying to steal your money.

Reasons being: they have Native English since most grew up in the US, they have a better sales/hustle culture, there is a huge call center industry there you can recruit from.

So, I am going to throw out my thinking on something to get started and wondered if someone could just let me know if it seems like an okay idea of not.I am currently in a home (VA loan) that is costing me $4054 a month (haven't even been in the property a year yet and have a 5.75% interest rate). 

I wonder if it would help to connect with others who had a great experience running a STR company. 

Unless they call a property tax sale a foreclosure?

we are just starting out and we are wondering if we should set up an LLC or get any insurance before wholesaling a property.

I am exiting my portfolio - so this is based on the proposed sale price and hard money loan... 

A portfolio sale would likely require a hair cut on price. 

(Again the seller is going through foreclosure so I assume they are low on cash) This is a short sale
