@James Wise thanks for the sound advise, looking on Zillow and seeing what is available at the 85-100k range is a vast difference in some areas compared to the 50-65k range.

Is there case law on this regarding series LLC's that will be respected in those states, or is it just a theory, because I've seen 2 very well off guys have 100% personal and business wise all accounts and dealings frozen from operating without LLC's, and due to community property extended to their wives assets and dealings also.
