She can claim you molested her dog but that doesn't make it true or automatically determine she will win the case.Contact several reputable electricians to investigate the entire house and give you a bid.

If you are set on using an LLC for liability protection then the safest bet is to go with option 4 (this is how my business partners and I have operated).
