I would recommend sending out a roofer who can inspect your homes for free.

They are all under a single roof and currently rented out.

If you find out what their dreams are, perhaps refinancing can align with those dreams if you position it the right way?

I would recommend having a property manager who does MTR's since you're out of state.

If the cracks are big enough to create a tripping hazard or the floor is so uneven it could cause someone to fall, then I would want that fixed.If it's safe, then I want to ensure it is functional.

We are able to live in the top floor while we STR the basement during the summer months, and MTR during the offseason.
