We have a trailer we use to put trash in until it's full and then we take it to the dump.

Over this past project I quit my full salary & benefits travel-every-week job to pursue real estate full time- never looking back! 

My goal is to eventually have a vacation property in over 100 locations (multiple properties in some) that I can travel between as I will be financially free and can enjoy various vacation hubs while still collecting cash flow.   

My market is flooded with rentals now between trailers, SFR's , and small multi-family.

They pretty much only had their house, camper trailer, 2 vehicles, and a few head of horses. 

Try to get them back to back to minimize the disruption to the current tenant and your travel time.

They won't know it has bed bugs.Can you just get someone with a trailer to help you take it to the dump?

Do you have family in Seattle, or any reason to travel there regularly?

It seems like there are so many of us now, I wish it was this prevalent when I joined the Navy but then I wouldn't have gotten the opportunity to travel so much and enjoy my time flying! 

@Scott DonahueBuy another boat, a junker on craigslist with a title for $500 or $1000....transfer the title and get your new sticker and put that sticker and that boats tag on your other boats trailer...that's it...enjoy!!
