How long did your HUD loan assumption process take to complete?

I have a property that I am currently in the process of preparing.

I am currently looking for someone that knows the program in full through the accounting process to close the books every month to handle mine or for someone that would want the pw account not my portfolio.

I believe that once I close on that first (second, currently renting out prior primary residence) property I can begin the process of refining and replicating for maximum efficiency.

While I was in the process of purchasing this property I discovered BiggerPockets and immediately got hooked on the podcast and the forums. 

Are you still in the process of getting that set up? 

So far, so good, but I am very early in the process.

Defaults on a loan secured by real property via a D-T are processed per the power of sale clause in the D-T, and detailed processes are defined in Chapter 45 of the NC General Statutes (NCGS). 

The good news is that you're only 45 minutes down the road so you can keep an eye on it throughout this process but you absolutely need to get this project completed ASAP.
