When people get tired of the stuff they have they'll throw another $5 billion at something new. 

They weren’t able to obtain the volume of properties like they wanted to, and one of the business owners was also tired of operating the business and wanted to spend more time with family so he sold his share of the company to the other partner.

So in your town do you know anyone through friends, family, someone at the fire house that knows someone that has rentals or a property that they are tired of owning.

You’ll get a lot of tire kickers and people having a hard time finding housing bc of their unique circumstances.

I'm getting to the point where im tired of cleaning up after roomates and looking for a multifamily hack, but finding the multifamily market out priced as well.  

Now, you can certainly lean on a realtor for a little while...but by the time you ask to run comps the 50th time they will get tired of doing it for you. 

But all of the messages were a turn off because we were busy with business and fitting in some pleasure time, I got so tired of them all!

If they don't answer my questions, I know they have not read the ad and are just clicking and "tire kicking" or they lack the intellectual focus for me to have any business relationship with them.

Put it on the MLS and you'll get a bunch of tire kickers and have to co-broke the commission.
