I am a very old school person when it comes to keeping track of goals and commitments (even though I am a millennial and grew up with technology).

Great thing about house hacking is you get great rates and maybe lower amount down.Also agree with the other guys about Out of State Investing, its much easier now with Technology.

Many believe there is still room for growth as we start creating the infrastructure to make Fresno into a technology hub of the central valley.

I think it's a very interesting business idea with some great technology!

Information, just like technology, normally gets cheaper as time passes.You can get the same info from free sites but you may have to read same stuff thousand times before you get to valuable information that not too many of your competitors have.

Right now, I am leaning toward them at the moment because they seem innovative and training.  

With technology increasing substantially and people able to see those "invisible lines" on GIS websites they no longer care to see a hard copy of a survey or even care to ask where the property corners fall.

Most recently I've been focusing on technology products that help real estate professionals grow their businesses.

What I need is a job in the area hopefully with a real estate investing company that needs someone familiar with finance and information technology, as well as someone who has spent the past 8 years studying real estate.  

I bought a home in Grove park in Nov 2015 and moved in April 2016 and it's been a really great experience.
