Don't forget the other expenses of being a homeowner over renting: property taxes, insurance, water/sewer, repairs/maintenance.

Just curious as to (on average) how much everyone pays for their year end tax filing from a CPA who handles REI's or how much someone should expect to pay for this? 

Those in the asset protection or tax field, what are your thoughts?!

Potential for increase in rents and appreciation upto 3.5 to 4million in 5-6 years but not sure.Rents at 210k per year for 4 tenants. 50k per year total paid for common area maintenance by all the tenants - which includes property management fees, property tax, insurance, snow removal, other maintenance and misc stuff. 

Of course, if it's that easy of an answer I probably should have been able to find the answer on my own and should probably be charged my stupid/lazy tax for bothering him with it!

Comal....the property tax has gotten crazy there.I just show with a single check. 

With approx  7% interest rate , looking at approx 4000$/month(including property taxes /HOA and insurance) out of pocket incase of vacancy. 

I started in Real Estate last year with Tax Deeds and flipped a couple parcels for profit, then as I researched more, found and fell in love with House Hacking, specifically with small multifamily, as a mean to create cashflow and eliminate my biggest monthly cost: my mortgageI currently have a Single Family Home in Haines City, FL which has gain good equity and I can probably net around 70k by sellingMy goal is to look for a Quadplex in Orlando FL or within 2h driving, just so I can drive and see the properties realistically.
