If you are posting that deal to random investors, which you're likely to have to do at first, it won't surprise the investors for you to ask for a reasonable deposit from them to lock the deal up.

I will ask my husband to call the police department, I'm just surprised they let her keep a dog that is known to bite because of liability issue since the dog is considered an "officer".
