I was thinking long term of building a team but from what I read I can hire work out until I have enough work to bring someone in full time.

If I had a team in place I could probably do this to some little orchard houses along the river.

My wife makes enough money to support us without a house payment and gets insurance through her job so that should make this dream a bit more realistic.
